IX. Transitional and Concluding Provisions Art. 66 Authorisations Authorisations for the conduct of an insurance undertaking which do not comply with the requirements of this law and the Executive Orders relating thereto shall be adapted to the new law within one year of the coming into force of the relevant decrees or, as the case may be, shall be withdrawn or revoked.
Art. 67 Executive Orders The Government shall issue the Executive Orders necessary for the implementation of this law.
Art. 68 Entry into Force This law shall enter into force on 1 January 1996.
